The Fuelex Petrol saving device creates a powerful magnetic field using pairs of neodymium super magnets. When a fuel pipe containing petrol, which is composed of hydrocarbon chains, passes through the magnetic field produced by the Fuelex Petrol saving device the long chain molecules of the petrol are realigned. This realignment conditions the petrol just before it reaches the combustion chamber of you petrol engine. Conditioning of the petrol molecules enables increased efficiency of combustion, giving more usable power and fewer harmful emissions. Typical petrol savings through increased miles per gallon ( mpg) are commonly around 12%.

Applications of the Fuelex Petrol saving device
The Fuelex Petrol saving device is designed save petrol and improve miles per gallon mpg on all types of petrol engines including fuel injected engines
- Cars, Vans, Plant and Trucks
- Marine Engines including speedboats and fast cruisers
- Garden equipment such as ride-on mowers.

Installing the Fuelex Petrol saving device
Installation of the Fuelex Petrol saving device is straightforward. Instructions for each engine type are given n the relevant page of this website. Essentially, having identified the petrol supply pipe from the fuel tank to the engine the Fuelex device is attached either side of the pipe. Ensure that the petrol flow pipe is used as many engines have a petrol return pipe from the engine to the tank to keep fuel circulating.

Engine Warranty
As the Fuelex Petrol saving device is located on the outside of the petrol fuel supply pipe and does not require the pipe to be disconnected or re-routed there is no impact on existing warranties.

Research on Magnetic Field Effect on Fuel
Initial research and trials were conducted by the RAF and the USAF during the second world war. Magnets required to produce a suitable field at that time were considered too heavy for aviation use. This is why Fuelex uses neodymium super magnets. Subsequent trial and research at the Warren Springs Research Station in the UK in 1992 confirmed positive fuel savings through conditioning hydrocarbon fuel using magnetic fields.
