The Fuelex Energy saving device creates a powerful magnetic field using pairs of neodymium super magnets. When a fuel pipe containing a hydrocarbon fuel such as petrol , diesel, heating oil or natural gas passes through the magnetic field produced by the Fuelex Energy saving device the molecules of the fuel are realigned. Conditioning of the fuel molecules enables increased efficiency of combustion, giving more usable power and fewer harmful emissions. Typical fuel savings Fuel savings are commonly around 12%.

Applications of the Fuelex Energy saving device
The Fuelex energy saving device is designed to work on:-
- Petrol Engines including fuel injected engines
- Diesel Engines including turbo diesels
- Cars, Vans, Plant and Trucks
- Marine Engines
- Oil and Gas Fired Boilers

Installing the Fuelex Energy saving device
Installation of the Fuelex Energy saving device is straightforward. Instructions for each engine type are given n the relevant page of this website. Essentially, having identified the fuel supply pipe from the fuel tank to the engine the Fuelex device is attached either side of the pipe. Ensure that the flow pipe is used as many engines have a return pipe from the engine to the tank to keep fuel circulating.

Engine Warranty
As the Fuelex Energy saving device is located on the outside of the fuel pipe and does not require the pipe to be disconnected or re-routed there is no impact on existing warranties.

Research on Magnetic Field Effect on Fuel
Initial research and trials were conducted by the RAF and the USAF during the second world war. Magnets required to produce a suitable field at that time were considered too heavy for aviation use. This is why Fuelex uses neodymium super magnets. Subsequent trial and research at the Warren Springs Research Station in the UK in 1992 confirmed positive fuel savings through conditioning hydrocarbon fuel using magnetic fields.
